Lending Administrator 


FranFund, Inc. is a growing financial services company, and we’re searching for a Lending Administrator.

About You

You are highly organized and able to handle multi-tasking with ease. You make an effort to anticipate
the needs of your team and you enjoy assisting others. Your background includes experience in the
finance industry, and you are open to learning new things as they come. You’re known to be someone
your team can count on and take pride in the work you produce.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Draft Pre-Approval letters and prepare client folders by updating loan templates
  • Coordinate schedules based on Calendly and Outlook calendars
  • Logs activity, inputs data, and tracks updates in Salesforce
  • Assists VP and lending team with any assigned projects

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • High school diploma 
  • Experience in finance industry and/or loan processing
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities


Must be able to commute to our downtown Fort Worth office – this is not a remote position.
