Your Role

1.  Building Strong Franchise Brand Relationships\
   - Cultivate and maintain relationships with franchise brands that align with the FranFund model.
2. Networking and Industry Engagement
   - Attend and actively network at industry events, conferences, and gatherings nationwide to establish new franchisor relationships and nurture existing ones.
3. Collaborative Approach
   - Collaborate with various departments, including Lending and Sales, to identify and target potential franchisor partners.
4. Value Proposition Advocate
   - Educate franchise partners and their teams about the compelling value proposition offered by FranFund.
5. Marketing Collaboration
   - Partner with the marketing department to develop event-specific collateral and materials.
6. Performance Tracking
   - Efficiently manage reports and track key indicators and metrics for the department.
7. Strategy and Growth
   - Actively participate in setting departmental goals and direction as well as supporting individual team members in achieving their objectives.

Location

Must be able to commute to our downtown Fort Worth office – this is not a remote position.
