Marketing Director

 

FranFund, Inc. is a growing financial services company, and we’re searching for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and help accelerate our growth. In this role, you’ll provide strategic vision and direction to drive lead generation from intersecting B2B and B2C audiences.

You are passionate about driving pipeline growth with prospects and strategic partners. You are seen as a go-to person to get things done. You understand the importance of communication and the value of tight relationships, cross-functionally and within your direct team. You are a holistic marketer, creative strategist, and execution powerhouse, experienced in leveraging digital and traditional channels to generate, build, and nurture our prospect pipeline. You are experienced in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high performers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, implement, and continually optimize a cohesive strategy and plan to increase lead generation:

  • Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation:
    • Contact segmentation and management
    • Email marketing
    • Social media publishing, monitoring, and advertising
    • Nurturing programs with conversion paths and complex workflows
    • Integration with Salesforce to track lead sources from contact acquisition through closed opportunities
    • Detailed reporting and dashboard management
  • Deploy digital and traditional campaigns and programs, choosing the best channels and tactics for each audience.
  • Manage demand generation and retention programs for both prospects and existing customers, including email, search, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Ownership of content development, including blog, case studies, press releases, and articles, to target specific segments and promoting them in appropriate channels.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns with purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Manage budget with a tight focus on sales pipeline impact and in line with the financial year, quarter, and monthly allocations.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a marketing role with a focus on lead generation.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team.
  • Excellent track record of driving highly creative marketing programs that are measurable by revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, events/trade shows, social media, channel marketing, webinars, etc.
  • Creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to adapt or modify campaign tactics
  • Understanding of persona development.
  • Master project management skills with superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Standout communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally.
  • Creative writer with the ability to translate complex financial language into everyday relatable terms.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Mastery of HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • Familiarity with franchise and financial services industries a plus.

Location

All work will be performed in our downtown Fort Worth, TX office – this is not a remote position.
