What You’ll Be Doing

• Support our Sales Team with webinars and sales presentations
• Support our Franchisor Relations Team with co-branded collateral materials and events
• Develop case studies and customer stories as marketing proof points 
• Partner across internal teams to maintain a content library for all marketing collateral
• Develop a toolkit of marketing collateral where the assets are easily found and maintained
• Create presentations using PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign
• Plan, organize, and coordinate logistics for live events, virtual events, demos, and webinars
• Drive traffic to the event booth, coordinate booth design, deliver booth products, register personnel to attend, and hold event briefings
• Coordinate lead capture for events
• Create a planning calendar for sales & relation enablement projects and events
• Create social media posts in support of events and webinars

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or work experience equivalent
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Working knowledge of graphic design, photography, Canva, and video production/editing
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Marketing Automation such as HubSpot
• Working knowledge of social posts in support of marketing events
• Meticulously organized and experienced in moving projects to completion
• Strong communication skills and follow-through

Location

All work will be performed in our downtown Fort Worth office.
