Bob Hernandez brings a unique perspective and expertise to FranFund, along with over 25 years experience in commercial banking and small business finance.  As Vice President of Finance for Schlotzsky's, Inc. he successfully obtained financing for new and existing franchisees to grow the company to 711 units!  Bob's banking resume includes JP Morgan CHASE, BLX and Community South Bank where his formal credit training was utilized on commerical banking products, SBA and USDA loans as well as conventional and bridge financing.

Sherri Seiber is an accomplished sales and operations executive with 15+ years of experience in developing key customers and leading operations involving both start-up and growth organizations. Ms. Seiber has far-ranging expertise in the telecommunications industry, first with Motorola in a variety of leadership roles and next, in her role as Vice President, Global Account Management at Multek, Inc.

Sean Looney’s experience in complex financial reviews and analysis complements his role as a consultant with FranFund. As associate attorney at Buchholz Sassin, PLLC, he focused on commercial litigation, settling commercial disputes for many small business owners. His previous experience includes working as a contract attorney with the firms of Cadwater, Wickersham and Taft in Washington, D.C. and Kirkley Berryman in Ft. Worth.

Aaron Curtis brings enthusiasm, drive and teamwork skills to his marketing position. He joins FranFund from his former job as Marketing Assistant at Liberty Tax Service. His strong communication and leadership skills were honed at Texas Christian University, where he majored in speech communications and played college basketball.

The consummate sports lover, Jack is the ultimate person to have on your team when you are determining the best capitalization strategy for your new franchise. Jack is a Licensed 401(k) specialist. At Fidelity Investments, he helped thousands of clients structure their 401(k) and investment plans. For FranFund, he parlays his comprehensive experience with retirement planning and loan processing to counsel and guide our clients. Jack is a graduate of Texas A&M.

Lisa Nichols is the person you want on your side as you go through the loan process. No one handles the details better, dotting every “i” and crossing every “t” and doing it all effortlessly. It’s no wonder when you consider that she perfected her friendly, consultative approach in her years at Countrywide KB Home Loans processing literally thousands of loans for her customers.

Holly Bejar's attention to detail and expertise in preparing complex loan packages make her an invaluable contributor to the FranFund funding process.   During her tenure with  Wells Fargo Home Mortage Division and Countrwide KB Homes LLC, Holly perfected her efficient and effective style.  Holly is a graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington.

Hughes has more than 30 years experience in the areas of employee benefits and the ERISA. His knowledge has made him the “go-to guy” in the industry for any and all questions relating to benefit plans. In his role as General Counsel for FranFund, he uses this expertise to educate and guide franchisees, their accountants and their advisors in developing and maximizing retirement plans for their companies. His guidance includes communicating complex legal and tax concepts in terms that are easily understandable.
