Sherri Seiber, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Strategic Relationships

Sherri Seiber is an accomplished sales and operations executive with more than 15 years experience in developing and maintaining key customer relationships and leading operations involving both start-up and growth organizations. Ms. Seiber excelled in the telecommunications industry, first with Motorola in various leadership positions and next in her role as Vice President, Global Account Management, at Multek, Inc.
Matt Lilly, Vice President of Funding Services

Matt Lilly has been in residential and commercial SBA lending for nearly a decade, with specialties in all aspects of SBA lending including loan structuring, start up, construction, and acquisition financing. Prior to joining FranFund Mr. Lilly spent five years as Vice President of Business Development at one of the leading non-bank SBA lenders in the Nation. It was while in that role, he became familiar with the FranFund philosophy of superior customer service and finding funding solutions to fit clients' needs.
Holly Bejar, Operations Manager

Holly Bejar's attention to detail and expertise prove invaluable in orchestrating the FranPlan 401(k) rollover process and running FranFund's Third Party Administration Department. Ms. Bejar and her staff are responsible for coordinating with our experienced legal team to ensure FranFund’s compliance with the IRS and the Department of Labor.
Britt Blakeley, Senior Financial Consultant

Britt Blakeleys 13-year career includes positions as a franchisee, franchise consultant and development officer. For the past four years, Ms. Blakeley has been helping future franchise and small business owners fund their businesses. Her knowledge and insights into the industry have been instrumental in assisting FranFund clients.
Heather McPherson, Senior Financial Consultant

Heather McPherson's 8-plus years of experience in the industry range from business ownership to franchise business development and business coaching. Ms. McPherson focuses on supporting and educating clients in their quest to securing funding to become business owners. Ms. McPherson also enjoys speaking at various franchise industry conferences throughout the country.
Jenny Childs, Senior Financial Consultant

Jenny Childs' professional experience over the past six years includes positions in finance and franchise development prior to joining FranFund. Her leadership roles in these companies were a driving force behind successful sales and operations. Ms. Childs has also earned her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification.
Michelle Kilburn, Director of Finance and Administration

Michelle Kilburn, in addition to heading the accounting department, serves as the human resources specialist and office manager. Ms. Kilburn also provides administrative support to Mr. Seiber, the company President and CEO. Her positive outlook and work ethic is well known throughout the organization and its suppliers.
Tammy Woodman, Plan Administration Manager

Tammy Woodman's 13-plus years of experience in the retirement plan industry brings a strong process foundation to FranFund and its clients. Ms. Woodman has previously served in both new business and investment services roles, and is a recognized national presenter in the software user group arena.
